I believe honesty and authenticity are at the heart of a successful massage practice.  I'm transparent with my clients - about my process, my techniques and even what I don't know yet. If someone comes in with a condition I'm unfamiliar with, I tell them that, and then I do the research. That openness builds trust faster than pretending to have every answer.

Over the years I've learned that clients don't expect perfection; they expect presence. They want a therapist who keeps learning, communicates openly and genuinely cares about their progress.
