Independent Contractor Opportunities for Licensed Massage Therapists

Fusion Massage & Bodyworks is growing, and we are looking for motivated, reliable and heart-centered licensed massage therapists to join our team as independent contractors. Over the past few years, our client demand has increased significantly, creating a steady overflow of referrals and appointment requests. To better serve our community and support continued growth, we are seeking 1–3 therapists who are ready to build their own thriving practice within a supportive, professional environment.

At Fusion, our goal is simple: create a space where therapists can do the work they love without burnout, without drama and without feeling like they have to figure out everything alone. We provide a clean, peaceful, beautifully designed studio with a boho-neutral vibe, thoughtful amenities and a culture rooted in respect, communication and teamwork. Maintaining the environment our clients love is important to us, which means keeping the space tidy, practicing good studio hygiene, and following our shoe policy — therapists remove shoes at the door or wear designated indoor-only shoes to help keep the treatment rooms clean and comfortable.

While each therapist operates as a 1099 independent contractor — with the freedom to set their own schedule, bring their own style, and run their business their way — we also support you with in-house referrals, marketing exposure, and an established client base that trusts our practice. Contractors will also have the option to use our booking software, which makes scheduling referrals seamless and keeps your calendar organized. Online booking is encouraged to make it easy for clients to schedule with you directly.
